You can self attune to Reiki systems etc. Just relax and state "I ask that I may be attuned for the (SYSTEM & LEVEL) attunement".
Or you can be attuned in-person or via distance by a Reiki Master/Teacher or a Grand Master.
I started with Reiki (being attuned to Master/Teacher in the one day): 4th October 2008

I recorded (via Audacity) one of the Meditation tracks from the Meditation Timer from this page. I mentally activated MANY Reiki systems (for distance work) while having my hand over the mic. This is the first time I've done an MP3, so any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I'm currently setting up a spreadsheet of all the Reiki Distance Attunements that I offer (updated often). Those attunements that can be 'called in anytime in my name'. Only create systems when you feel ok. Try to avoid energy work if you're not feeling too great. There are many ways to setup distance attunements, just experiment.

I create most of my Reiki systems as a result of problems I myself have/have had etc.... (except Cerebral Palsy/Newborn Reiki/ADHD Reiki etc). This also makes it easier when testing systems.

I have been making my own Reiki Charged Tinctures/Infusions for some time. Instructions follow on how you can make your own basic Reiki Charged Herbal Remedies etc..
Tinctures/Infusions:
Tinctures are more powerful & last longer than dried herbs etc, up to 2 years. You can make combination formulas. It's also cheaper to make your own.
To make Tinctures/Infusions you will need: Mason Jar (for Tinctures) Vodka/Brandy (Preservative) Herb(s)/Plant(s) (Fresh or Dried) *Cheesecloth/Muslin (use for Tinctures, skip this part for simple Infusions) Dropper bottle Infuse the Herb(s)/Plant(s) in the alcohol for as long as possible (i.e. 2 weeks+). *Sieve out the Herb(s)/Plant(s) from the alcohol with the Cheesecloth/Muslin. Pour liquid (Tincture) into Dropper Bottle. Reiki Charge (depends on what attunements you have received etc...). If just Usui Reiki: Hold jar of Tincture/Infusion between hands & state "This (TINCTURE/INFUSION) will now become a Reiki Channel". Wait 15 seconds & it's all done. | Useful Medicinal Herbs etc..:
