Reiki Hints/Tips/Ideas - If you've been attuned to Reiki:
Daily Reiki:
To send Reiki you can ask for assistance from Archangels/Angels/your Reiki Guides/Ascended Masters/all beings of light etc... For example, to send Reiki you would hold item in your hands/have hands over item & mentally state i.e. "I ask that my Reiki Guides, Archangels, Angels, Ascended Masters & all beings of light assist me with (REQUEST)". Maintain hand position for as long as you feel compelled to.
Or you could just mentally state "Reiki on". Maintain hand position for as long as you feel compelled to.
Try to do the following on a regular/daily basis:
1. You can self heal with Reiki.
2. You can send Reiki to your bed, for a decent night sleep.
3. If you take any medication, send Reiki to your meds for better absorption/less side effects etc...
4. You can send Reiki to your wallet/purse.
5. You can send Reiki to your food/drinks.
6. If you have pets, send Reiki to their food/water.
7. Send Reiki to those on your healing list.
8. You can send Reiki to Birthday/Christmas cards etc..., before sending them to recipient.
9. You can send Reiki to your toothpaste/mouthwash/toothbrush/deodorant etc...
10. If your a parent to i.e. a newborn, you can send Reiki to their baby wipes/dummy (pacifier)/baby milk powder etc...

Animals & Reiki:
Animals respond really well to Reiki healing. Our cat Kasper goes totally dopey whenever I send Reiki his way. My cat Buffy responds more to my Reiki based audio files. Any animals can be treated with Reiki, i.e. Hamsters/Gerbils/Guinea-Pigs/Horses/Dogs/Cats etc....
Thinking of making Reiki your business & want to focus primarily on animals?
You could always see if your local Vets know anything about Reiki. If they do & they're ok with it, maybe you could send Reiki to the pets that are in their care (for surgeries etc...). You may wish to focus your Reiki healings specifically on Animals, some do.
Reiki healings can be done hands on or via distance.

Q. How do I create a small healing list tin? - A tin you send i.e. Reiki healing to so that everyone mentioned in tin will receive a healing.
A. Use a cleaned out Altoids Smalls tin. Write down request/wish/desired outcome etc.. on a small piece of paper. Or write request on the reverse of a small photo of recipient. Keep these in tin. Hold your hand over tin & mentally state i.e. "Reiki on" to start flow. Mentally state i.e. "All recipients included in this tin will now receive Reiki energy, to help them with their desired goal or request". Maintain that position for as long as you feel compelled to. You can also mentally activate any other systems you can think of. When finished, mentally state i.e. "Cut & ground". This cuts any formed cords between you & recipients.
Q. Is there a way to incorporate healing number sequences into a distance healing?
A. On either side of a passport photo of recipient, write healing number frequencies. You can obtain healing number frequencies from Kat Miller of www.blueiris.org for a subscription fee. I paid $50 for a years access to the healing number frequencies & switchwords databases.
Q. What's the simplest way to do a distance healing?
A. For the simplest method, mentally state "Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen, Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen, Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen. Reiki flows to (RECIPIENT'S NAME). Cho Ku Rei, Cho Ku Rei, Cho Ku Rei". After about 5 minutes I mentally state "Cut & ground".

A. You can create systems, once your Reiki Level 4, for anything. I've recently created, a so far private system to charge & empower Tic Tac sweets with masses of Reiki & healing energies. As I ordered Spearmint Tic Tacs via Amazon. I've done similar for Sugar Pills. You can create systems based on the Archangels/Angels/mythical creatures/Unicorns/Dolphins/the Phoenix/virtual hugs/convert water molecules to i.e. reiki filled microscopic orbs etc.....

A. I now tend to order a custom self inking stamp. There are many sites where you can create a self inking stamp. I design the image/logo based self inking stamp via http://www.rubberstamps.co.uk/logo.aspx then wait for it to arrive. When it's been delivered I have stamp between my hands & send Reiki for about 30 minutes max. When charging stamp I would mentally be stating i.e. "This stamp is now a permanent emitter of Reiki. Reiki flows to this stamp". Then I use stamp as normal & it's always Reiki charged to start with.
Q. In what ways can (Kat Miller's) healing number frequencies be used/incorporated?
A. I personally incorporate them into the 'Healing Stacks' I currently use (scroll down a little lower for this method). But they can be chanted, which is just repeating them out loud or to yourself. They can be sang to certain tunes. Using a 'safe for skin use' pen, you can write them on problem areas. Methods stated on site are as follows:

Numbers have frequencies, just like musical notes do. Numbers, in certain combinations, have frequencies that can help heal the body. Just as listening to certain music makes you feel good, numbers have similar abilities. You may not be able hear the vibration of the numbers, but you might be able to feel it!
Numbers are quite powerful. You can write them on your skin, wear them on a bracelet (you can create one with number beads), write them on a photo of yourself, or put them under your pillow.
Though numbers can be called by individual digits (1-9-9-9-9-9-9), they may be more effective if said in proper form (one million, nine-hundred ninety-nine thousand, nine-hundred ninety-nine).

Q. How can I create a healing audio?

A. The method I use is: Using the meditation timer located on my websites & an audio recorder I create healing audio files. I set the meditation timer for i.e. 30 minutes max, with a good track & start timer. I then press record on my audio recorder. During duration of audio I have my hand over the audio recorder, while mentally activating Reiki systems. I start by mentally stating i.e. "Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen, Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen, Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen. Dai Ko Myo, Dai Ko Myo, Dai Ko Myo. All those that listen to this audio file will receive Reiki healing energies. Reiki flows to all those that play this file". I then mentally activate any other systems I can think of that would be appropriate. Towards the end of the recording I mentally state i.e. "This is now the end of the audio file. You will feel fully relaxed, happy, buzzed & full of energy". I then stop the audio recorder, before stopping the meditation timer. I then transfer file from audio recorder (via USB) to my PC, then to my Google Drive. There are probably other, easier ways to do it.

(NEWEST METHOD - It's what I'm currently playing around with) 'Healing Stacks':
What you'll need:
Healing images/symbols i.e Cho Ku Rei/Se He Ki/HonSha Ze Sho Nen/Dai Ko Myo/Tam A Ra Sha etc...
Healing frequencies (via blueiris - As previously covered) (Optional)
Pen
Mini Post-It-Notes
Blank business cards
Scissors
Double-sided tape
Tweezers
1. On the mini Post-It's draw your symbols/include healing frequencies/write down your intent etc....
2. Using the double-sided tape, attach firmly in place to the blank business card - You can fit 2 to a card. I find it easier to use the tweezers to pull off the double-sided backing.
3. Cut between Post-It's.
4. Using the double-sided tape again, stack up the sections. Repeat steps 1-4 until you've got a suitable stacks worth.
5. *When the stack is finished to your satisfaction, hold between your palms & send Reiki for 5-10 minutes.
6. The stack is small enough to fit in to your pocket etc...
7. You can use stack to charge: Tic Tac Mints/Medication/Drinks/Lotions etc just by placing item on stack for a few minutes.
8. You can always check stack sections/final stack with a crystal pendulum, to make sure it goes in a good/positive/open direction.
* I've currently got a stack of 8 Post-It's or 4 business cards worth. This is now firmly attached to the (lid) inside of my bigger Altoids tin, that I use for distance healings.
