You can self attune to Reiki systems etc. Just relax and state "I ask that I may be attuned for the (SYSTEM & LEVEL) attunement".
Or you can be attuned in-person or via distance by a Reiki Master/Teacher or a Grand Master.

Only create systems when you feel ok. Try to avoid energy work if you're not feeling too great. There are many ways to setup distance attunements, just experiment.

My Reiki Systems (updated often with new systems):
ALL my systems, including Healing Spirit Team (revised manual now uploaded) are embedded attunements. Just follow instructions in manuals for receiving i.e. Just relax and state "I am now ready to receive the (SYSTEM) attunement sent to me by Lynda Ward".
To pass on my systems it's best to be Reiki Level 3 at least. Because by the time you've been attuned to Level 3 you've had more experience with Reiki/Attunements/Distance Work etc....
Some of my systems can be experimented with a little.
Such as 168 Hours of Healing. You can state (distance method) as i.e.: “(RECIPIENT or I) will now receive 168 Hours of (SYSTEM, i.e. CTD Relief) Healing”
With 7 Orbs - Cats & Dogs also have 7 main chakras. So this system would work & be of benefit on them to.
